At Underworld Official Store, we stand behind our quality; if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided by our system.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
